Richard Bielle graduated from ESCP Business School in 1986.
After starting his career in the financial markets sector, he joined the industrial group Renault Trucks in 1988 and then ING Barings in 1997. He joined the CFAO Group in 1999 as Development Director. In 2002, he was appointed Secretary General in charge of Finance, before becoming Chief Executive Officer of the Automotive Division in 2005.
He was appointed Chairman of the Management Board in 2009 and became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the CFAO Group in 2017, following a change in the company’s governance structure.

Tatsuya Hirata holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Doshisha University in Kyoto.
He joined Toyota Tsusho Corporation in 1993 as a Supervisor in the Machinery Department and was appointed Manager of the Machinery Department at Toyota Tsusho Europe SA in the Czech Republic in 2003.
In 2008, after returning to Japan, Mr. Hirata served as Project Manager for overseas plant construction projects. In 2014, he was appointed Managing Director of Toyota Tsusho East Africa (Kenya), and in 2018, he became Head of CFAO’s Energy business in France. In 2019, he was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the Energy & Infrastructure Division of Toyota Tsusho Corporation in Japan.
In 2023, Tatsuya Hirata was appointed Vice Chairman and Member of the Board of Directors of the CFAO Group. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Green Infra business.

Alain Pécheur graduated from ESG Business School and holds an MBA from HEC.
He began his career with the CFAO Group in 1992, initially serving as an auditor and then as a financial controller. Appointed Director of Internal Audit in 1998 and subsequently Secretary General of the Trading Companies, he took charge of the Group’s financial services in 2002. In 2005, he joined CFAO Mobility as Chief Financial Officer.
In 2009, Alain Pécheur was appointed Chief Financial Officer of the CFAO Group. Since 2018, he has also been responsible for the Group’s Information Systems. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of CFAO since 2017.

Dennis Awori graduated from the University of Manchester and Ashridge Management College. A Kenyan diplomat and business leader, he has been a strong advocate for private sector development in Kenya and across East Africa.
In 2015, he was appointed Chairman of Toyota Tsusho East Africa.
Dennis Awori has also served as Chairman of Kenya Airways and currently sits on the boards of several companies, including Bank of Africa.
He has been a Member of the CFAO Board of Directors since 2017.

Ichiro Kashitani holds a degree in Economics from Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.
He joined Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) in 1983 and spent nearly 30 years in leadership positions across several business divisions, including automotive, food, and industrial operations.
Appointed Vice Chairman of CFAO in 2012, he became Chief Executive Officer of Toyota Tsusho Corporation in 2015 and took responsibility for the Automotive Division the following year. He was subsequently appointed Managing Officer in 2016, Senior Managing Officer in 2017, and President & Chief Executive Officer in 2018.
Ichiro Kashitani has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Toyota Tsusho Corporation since 2015 and has been a Member of the CFAO Board of Directors since May 2025.

Yasushi Aida holds a degree in Economics from Yokohama National University, Japan.
He joined Tomen Corporation (now Toyota Tsusho Corporation – TTC) in 1994. In 2019, he was appointed General Manager of the Accounting Department at TTC. Since 2022, he has served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer.
Yasushi Aida has been a Member of the CFAO Board of Directors since 2025.

A graduate of the MIT (USA), Dr. Frannie Léautier began her career in 1992 at the World Bank (Washington) where she worked for 15 years. She held various positions, including Chief of Staff to the President and Vice President. She then headed the African Capacity Building Foundation (Zimbabwe). After a term as Senior Vice President at the African Development Bank, she joined the Trade and Development Bank Group in Nairobi (Kenya) in 2018 as Chief Operating Officer and then Executive Director of Asset Management.
Since 2020, Dr. Frannie Léautier has been a Senior Partner at the SouthBridge Group and CEO of SouthBridge Investments. She currently serves on several boards, is a founder of two companies and a member of several international organizations.
Dr. Frannie Léautier became a member of the CFAO Board of Directors in 2022.

Didier Leroy graduated from the École Supérieure des Sciences et Technologies de l’Ingénieur de Nancy and completed the Cedep/Insead Management Program.
He began his career in 1982 with Renault, where he held a number of senior positions in manufacturing operations over a period of 16 years.
In 1998, he joined Toyota Motor Manufacturing France (TMMF) as Vice President in charge of Manufacturing, before being appointed President in 2005. He subsequently held several executive leadership positions within Toyota Motor Corporation and Toyota Motor Europe (TME), including President and Chief Executive Officer of Toyota Motor Europe and Chief Officer for the Europe Region of Toyota Motor Corporation.
In 2015, he was appointed Executive Vice President of Toyota Motor Corporation in Japan and became a member of Toyota’s global executive leadership team. In 2016, he also assumed responsibility for global competitiveness across all business activities and regions of Toyota Motor Corporation.
Since 2020, Didier Leroy has served as Chairman of Toyota Motor Europe and as Senior Advisor to the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Toyota Group.

Momar Nguer graduated from ESSEC Business School. He has extensive expertise in African markets, particularly in the management of distribution networks.
He began his career in 1982 in the Finance Department of Hewlett-Packard France before joining the Total Group in 1984, where he held a range of strategic positions in France and internationally. From 2012 to 2016, he served as President Africa & Middle East of Total Marketing Services, before becoming President of Total Marketing & Services and a member of Total’s Executive Committee from 2016 to 2020.
Today, he serves as Special Advisor for Africa to the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of TotalEnergies and is Chairman of Mnguer Advisory.
Momar Nguer has been a Member of the CFAO Board of Directors since 2017.

Annie Dateu holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and a Postgraduate Degree (DEA) in Economic Law. She began her career at Système U before joining the Solvay Group’s Legal Department in 1996 as Competition Law Manager. In 2001, she was appointed Legal Counsel for France, Africa and the Middle East at Solvay Pharma, a position she later held at Abbott Products from 2006.
In 2011, she joined CFAO Healthcare as Legal and Compliance Director. Since April 2020, Annie Dateu has served as Group Secretary General of CFAO, with responsibility for the Group’s legal affairs, insurance, risk management, security, compliance, and general services.

Cécile Desrez holds a Master’s degree in Private Law and a Postgraduate Degree (DESS) in Human Resources Management.
She held several human resources positions in the chemical industry and the retail sector before becoming Social Development Director at Kering Group in 2002. In 2008, she was appointed Human Resources Director for France at Conforama.
Cécile Desrez joined the CFAO Group in 2011 as Deputy Human Resources Director. In 2014, she was appointed Human Resources and Corporate Social Responsibility Director. Since 2018, she has also been responsible for Corporate Communications at CFAO.

Côme Vercken holds a Master’s degree in Management and Economics, with a specialization in Finance, from Paris Dauphine University (2003).
After five years with AXA Investment Managers, he joined the Ogepar Group in the Republic of the Congo in 2008 as Chief Financial and Operating Officer. Between 2012 and 2019, he held several leadership positions, notably within the Castel Group in Angola and Syntaxis Capital Africa, working across Nigeria and the United Kingdom. In 2019, Côme Vercken joined the CFAO Group, taking responsibility for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) operations and strategic planning. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Health54.
In 2023, he was appointed a Member of the CFAO Executive Committee (COMEX).

Marc Hirschfeld graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG).
He held several positions in marketing and sales before becoming Managing Director of automotive manufacturers in the United States and France. He joined the CFAO Group in 2007 as Managing Director of CFAO Mobility activities in Réunion Island. In 2012, he was appointed Managing Director of Mobility, Equipment & Services activities in Algeria, before becoming, in 2015, Managing Director for these businesses across East Africa, North Africa, the French Overseas Territories, and Asia.
In 2018, Marc Hirschfeld was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Mobility.

Fabrice de Creisquer graduated from the École Supérieure du Commerce Extérieur (ESCE) in Paris.
After gaining professional experience in Madagascar and Japan, he joined SICAM in Madagascar, where he developed the company’s long-term vehicle leasing, tourism, and pay-TV businesses. He subsequently managed a subsidiary of an automotive group in Mayotte before joining the CFAO Group in 2006 as Managing Director and Country Delegate for Madagascar. He later served as Managing Director of CFAO Mobility and Country Delegate for Senegal, and then for Cote d’Ivoire in 2015.
In 2018, Fabrice de Creisquer was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Mobility for the West Africa region. Since 2021, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Mobility for the East & Southern Africa region.

Thomas Pelletier graduated from ESCRA (École Supérieure de Commerce et de Réparation Automobile). He began his career with Renault in Cameroon before joining the CFAO Group in 1998 in the Republic of the Congo within the Mobility business. In 2000, he was appointed Managing Director of CIDP in Cote d’Ivoire, and in 2004 became Managing Director of CFAO Mobility and Country Delegate for Ghana. After a period at CFAO’s headquarters in France as Director of Finance Sales, he successively held the positions of Managing Director of CFAO Mobility and Country Delegate for Nigeria, and then for Uganda, from 2014 to 2021.
Since 2025, Thomas Pelletier has served as Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Mobility for the Central Africa region.

Paulo Fernandes holds a University Diploma of Technology (DUT) in Business and Administration Management and has completed several modules of the Diplôme d’Études Comptables et Financières (DECF).
He joined the CFAO Group in 1997 as an Internal Auditor. He subsequently became Chief Financial Officer of Socada in Cameroon and later in Cote d’Ivoire, before being appointed Managing Director of the company in 2005. He then pursued his career within CFAO Mobility, serving as Managing Director in Gabon and Mauritius (IMC and Eldomotors), before joining CMM Morocco in 2013 as Chief Operating Officer. From 2014 to 2018, he was Managing Director of CFAO Mobility in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and subsequently in Ghana until 2022. He then joined CFAO’s headquarters in France as Managing Director of the Multibrand Business Unit of CFAO Mobility.
Since 2025, Paulo Fernandes has served as Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Mobility for the West Africa region.

Masafumi Yamashita holds a degree in Economics from Keio University in Tokyo, Japan.
He joined Toyota Tsusho Corporation (TTC) in 1997 and initially held positions in the Finance Department and the Africa Automotive Division, before becoming Automotive Division Coordinator. In 2011, he was appointed Deputy General Manager of Toyota Angola. After serving in the Automotive Project Department, he returned to the Africa Automotive Division as Group Leader and was promoted to General Manager in 2017. In 2019, he took over as Head of the Africa Automotive Department.
In 2022, Masafumi Yamashita joined CFAO’s headquarters in France as Director of the Toyota Business Unit within the Mobility division.

Goran Krizmanic holds degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.
Over a career spanning more than 20 years, he has held numerous leadership positions, primarily within the automotive industry. He joined Toyota Tsusho Corporation in 2001 to support the company’s development in Croatia before taking on a series of responsibilities across Europe and Africa. In 2016, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Toyota Tsusho Africa in South Africa, and subsequently Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Mobility for the East & Southern Africa region. In 2021, he took over the leadership of the West Africa region.
Since 2025, Goran Krizmanic has served as Chief Executive Officer of the Suzuki and Yamaha Business Units within CFAO Mobility.

Andrew Velleman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences from the University of South Africa.
He began his career with Mazars in South Africa and later joined EY in the United Kingdom before taking on financial leadership roles in the food distribution sector in South Africa.
In 2003, he joined Toyota Tsusho Corporation and, in 2018, was appointed Chief Operating Officer of CFAO’s Production Support business.
In April 2020, Andrew Velleman was appointed Chief Executive Officer of CFAO South Africa.

Jean-Marc Leccia graduated from EPSCI (ESSEC Business School) in 1988.
He began his career with Baxter Laboratories, where he was responsible for export activities across the Africa and Maghreb regions. In 1991, he joined CFAO Healthcare to oversee promotional activities. In 2000, he founded the Pre-Wholesale business E.P. Dis France. In 2005, he was appointed Director for the English-speaking and Portuguese-speaking Africa region, as well as the Maghreb.
In 2012, Jean-Marc Leccia was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Healthcare.

Ken Accajou graduated from the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG).
After starting his career with Sopharma in the French West Indies, he joined the CFAO Group in 2004 as Deputy Director for the French-speaking Africa & Madagascar region. He was subsequently appointed Director of the Maghreb, English-speaking Africa and Portuguese-speaking Africa region, before becoming Managing Director of Sopharma in 2009. In 2013, he became Director of the French-speaking Africa & Madagascar region for CFAO Healthcare, and in 2017 was appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Head of the Wholesale Distribution Division.
Since 2022, Ken Accajou has been leading the Retail and Pre-Wholesale Business for English-speaking and Portuguese-speaking Africa.

Fabrice Edler earned a Doctorate in Pharmacy in 2001, as well as a Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Distribution Management. He later completed an Executive MBA jointly delivered by ICN Business School and EM Strasbourg in 2011. He began his career with Alliance Healthcare Répartition as a Healthcare Facility Manager, before taking responsibility for operations across the company’s North-East region.
In 2017, he joined the CFAO Group within the Healthcare division as Managing Director of Soredip in Réunion Island.
In 2022, Fabrice Edler was appointed Head of the Overseas Territories (CTOM) Wholesale Distribution Division within CFAO Healthcare.

Franck Thomas holds a Master’s degree in Management from the IAE of Rennes, obtained in 1990.
He began his career in commercial roles with major food industry companies such as Carlsberg, Danone, and Blédina. In 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of Danone Nutricia for French-speaking Africa, before taking on Chief Executive Officer positions at Fan Milk in Côte d’Ivoire and Togo. In 2019, Franck Thomas joined the CFAO Group within the Healthcare division as Managing Director of Sopharma in the French West Indies.
In 2023, he was appointed Head of the Wholesale Distribution Division for French-speaking Africa & Madagascar within CFAO Healthcare.

Pierre Labbé graduated from ENSAM (École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers) in 1985. He began his career with Unilever, where he held several senior positions, including Chief Financial Officer for the Maghreb region in Casablanca and Managing Director in Tunisia. In 2003, he joined the CFAO Group within the Healthcare division as Managing Director of Ibn Sina Pharma in Egypt. In 2006, he moved to CFAO Mobility Algeria as Managing Director. In 2012, he was appointed Managing Director of Sanofi Algeria.
In 2017, Pierre Labbé rejoined CFAO Healthcare as Managing Director of Maphar (Morocco) and Head of the Maghreb area, overseeing the Propharmal and E.P. DIS subsidiaries in Algeria.

Philippe Franiatte graduated from École Centrale de Nantes.
He began his career in audit at Mazars before moving into banking with the BPCE Group.
After completing an MBA in 2013 between Cape Town and London, he carried out several assignments in Zambia and Nigeria, as well as with Africa Merchant Capital in the United Kingdom. He joined the CFAO Group in 2015 as Head of Mergers & Acquisitions. In 2019, he was appointed Director of Development and Strategic Planning and Chief Financial Officer of CFAO South Africa. In 2023, he became Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Corporate & Development, of CFAO South Africa.
In 2025, Philippe Franiatte was appointed Head of the Southern Africa area within CFAO Healthcare.

Franck Rouquet graduated from Holborn European Business School and completed an Executive Management program at HEC Paris in Qatar.
He began his career in 1993 with the Auchan Group, where he held various management positions in France. In 2006, he was appointed Director of Auchan’s Simply supermarket network. In 2009, he joined Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) in Dubai, Carrefour’s partner in the Middle East, as Vice President of Carrefour Market. In 2016, he took over the management of Orchestra in France before leading Ghassan Aboud Group in Dubai and later Aswaaq in 2020.
In 2023, Franck Rouquet joined CFAO as Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Consumer in Cote d’Ivoire.

Yann Lemoine holds a Master’s degree in Purchasing and International Management and an Executive Master in Strategy and International Business Management from ESSEC Business School. He began his career with Saint-Gobain before joining OTIS in 2008 as a Sales Engineer. He later became Export Area Manager for North Africa and Malta.
In 2018, he joined the CFAO Group as Head of the Elevators Business. He subsequently led CFAO Technology & Energy operations in Gabon and Senegal, before becoming Managing Director of CFAO Infrastructure in Senegal.
Since 2025, Yann Lemoine has served as Chief Executive Officer of CFAO Green Infra – B2B Sector.
